Customer Assurance

Clients would be pleased to know that all work done on their premises are required to meet the Australian standards.  But does it? Our audit work has shown us this is not the case.

And, once again, leading from the top, we are aware of the challenges of meeting the standards in the real world.

AS/NZS 3000 Cl 1.7.1.(c)

We are often accused of 'going too far'.  Well, here is an excerpt from AS3000, you be the judge...

"electrical equipment shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of this Standard and the additional requirements as specified in the manufacturer’s instructions."

In our interpretation, this leaves no room for doubt.

Our Guarantee

And we go that extra step.  We guarantee that our work meets the standards.  In fact, should an audit find error in mandatory aspects of the standards, not only will we rectify all devations at our cost, but we will also meet the full cost of the audit!
